We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without express written permission by us.

3. Products and Accuracy

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

  • For COD orders, you agree to pay the full amount to the delivery agent upon receiving the product.

5. Shipping and Delivery Policy

We are committed to delivering your products efficiently.

  • Delivery Area: We deliver all over Bangladesh.
  • Delivery Time:
    • Inside Dhaka: 24-48 Hours.
    • Outside Dhaka: 24-72 Hours.
  • Delivery Charges:
    • Inside Dhaka Metropolitan: 60 BDT.
    • Outside Dhaka: 120 BDT.

Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to natural disasters, political unrest, or courier issues.

6. Return and Exchange Policy

To ensure transparency, we have a strict return policy. By placing an order, you agree to the following:

  1. Check Upon Delivery: You must check the product in front of the delivery man. If you find any damage or defects, or if the product does not match the description, you may return it immediately without paying for the product.
  2. Change of Mind: If the product matches the picture and description but you wish to return it due to personal preference, you must pay the delivery charge (120 BDT) to the rider before returning the item.
  3. After Delivery: Once the delivery man leaves, no complaints regarding broken, missing, or wrong products will be accepted.
  4. Exchange: If you need to exchange an item (e.g., for size issues) after the delivery man has left, you will be responsible for the delivery charges for the exchange.
  5. Refunds: We do not offer cash refunds. You may exchange the product for another item of equal value.

7. Order Cancellation

Razeen reserves the right to cancel any order if:

  • The customer’s address is incomplete.
  • The customer does not respond to confirmation calls.
  • We suspect the order is fraudulent.
  • The item is out of stock.

Note: We track IP addresses and device information to prevent fake orders. Legal action may be taken against repeated fake orders.

8. User Comments and Media

If you leave comments or upload media to our website:

  • We reserve the right to remove any content that is unlawful, offensive, or violates intellectual property.
  • If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included.

9. Personal Information

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy. We use your data (Name, Address, Phone Number) solely for processing your orders and improving your experience. We do not sell your data to third parties.
